Active clauses
Payment: 50% advance with work order; 40% on structural completion; 10% retention released 30 days after handover subject to snag clearance.
All rates are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated; statutory taxes billed as per current law.
Validity of this quotation: 30 days from date of issue unless extended in writing.
Scope is limited to products explicitly listed; verbal additions require written approval and revised pricing.
Client shall provide timely decisions, site access, power, water, and safe storage for materials.
Working hours: 8:00–18:00 on approved days; overtime or night shifts if requested will be quoted separately.
Drawings and finish schedules approved by the client / architect are deemed final for execution.
Sample approvals for tiles, paint shades, and fixtures must be confirmed before bulk procurement.
Lead times for ordered materials may affect schedule; client will be informed of critical-path delays.
Mobilization begins within 7 business days of advance receipt and site readiness confirmation.
Structural and waterproofing works will follow engineer-approved methodology and curing periods.
Concealed installations will be photographed before closing; records shared on request.
Electrical and plumbing layouts must be frozen before slab / masonry closure stages.
IS-marked cables, branded CPVC, and approved breakers will be used as per specification.
Third-party inspection or NOC from society / authority is the client’s responsibility unless included in scope.
Variation in quantities exceeding 10% will be measured and billed at quoted unit rates.
Force majeure or regulatory stoppages may extend timelines without penalty to the contractor.
Warranty: finishing workmanship 12 months; branded sanitary / fittings as per manufacturer.
Defects reported during warranty will be attended within reasonable mutually agreed windows.
Retention may be adjusted against valid tax invoices and statutory deductions if applicable.
The contractor carries agreed third-party liability and workmen compensation as per statutory norms.
Hoarding, safety signage, and basic PPE are included; specialized compliance products quoted if required.
Waste disposal to approved dumps; hazardous waste handled only if specifically in scope.
Final billing based on actual measurements jointly recorded with client representative.
Disputes: good-faith negotiation first; courts at contractor’s registered jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.
This document does not constitute a contract until a formal work order is signed by both parties.
Intellectual property in custom drawings prepared for the project remains with the originator unless assigned.
Client-provided materials, if any, must reach site in time; storage risk passes on delivery to site.
Insurance of client-owned goods on site is recommended and is not included unless stated.
Handover includes demo of critical systems, as-built mark-ups for services, and one structured walkthrough.
Snag list to be closed within agreed period; cosmetic touch-ups outside warranty are chargeable.
